If I want to impress a guest, I'll open up a can of woop-ass with this chess set on the big mahogany & maple board. What a combo! This set is big and heavy. The 4 1/4" tall king alone weighs about half a pound! As all serious chess sets do, this one has two extra queens for pawn promotion. Right now this set is the star of my collection and probably will be for quite a while. This is the set that stays out on display all the time, daring any visitor to challenge me to a game.

It was bought on eBay from bkschess and shipped directly from India, although there is another seller that now sells the same exact set from within the United States for a much lower shipping cost.
